This Privacy Policy explains how MyGuy Ltd, trading as KigaliDeals ("KigaliDeals", "we", "us"), collects, uses, and protects your personal data when you use our website at www.kigalideals.rw and our services. We are committed to protecting your privacy and complying with Law N° 058/2021 of 13/10/2021 relating to the protection of personal data and privacy in the Republic of Rwanda.

KigaliDeals is a digital deals and voucher marketplace operated by MyGuy Ltd, a company registered in the Republic of Rwanda. We connect consumers in Kigali with local businesses offering discounted products and services.
2. Information we collect
We collect only the information needed to provide our services:
- Your name (when you buy a deal or contact us)
- Your WhatsApp and phone number (to deliver your voucher and updates)
- Your Mobile Money transaction reference (as proof of a payment you made to a business)
- Deals you view and vouchers you purchase
- Basic technical information such as your device and browser, collected automatically to run and improve the site
We do notcollect or store your Mobile Money PIN, account balance, or payment credentials. When you buy a deal, you pay the business directly — KigaliDeals never receives or holds your money.
3. How we use your information
We use your information to:
- Issue and deliver your voucher
- Help the business confirm your purchase and redeem your voucher
- Respond to your questions and provide customer support
- Keep you updated about your purchase
- Operate, secure, and improve the KigaliDeals platform
4. Sharing your information
When you buy a deal, we share the details necessary to fulfil it (such as your name and voucher code) with the specific business you purchased from, so they can serve you. We do not sell your personal data to anyone.
We may share information with trusted service providers who help us operate the platform (such as hosting and messaging providers), and where required by Rwandan law.
5. Your rights
Under Rwandan data-protection law, you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to ask us to correct it if it is inaccurate, and to ask us to delete it where appropriate. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below.

We keep your personal data only as long as needed to provide our services and meet our legal obligations. We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, misuse, and unauthorised access.
